Who We Support
Eastwood Lodge supports adults who require assistance with personal care or day-to-day living.
Our residents include older adults, individuals living with dementia, or those who simply need a safe and supportive environment with 24-hour care available.
We are not a nursing home and do not provide clinical or nursing care.
However, our experienced care staff work closely with community nurses, GPs, and healthcare professionals to ensure each resident’s health and wellbeing are fully supported.
Our Connection with Fern Leaf Supported Living
Eastwood Lodge Residential Care is part of the same group as Fern Leaf Supported Living.
Together, we provide a complete pathway of care — from supported living through to residential care — allowing individuals to move seamlessly between services as their needs change.
For residents who wish to step down to a more independent setting, we work closely with Fern Leaf Supported Living in Ilford.
